King of the Hill 2012 - Trail Running with Attitude

Join us for the 2012 King of the Hill – Trail Running with Attitude Race Series. This series will consist of running or fast packing four (4) of San Diego County’s most scenic, beautiful but challenging mountain peaks. Plus you will encounter various rigorous fitness tasks along the way including push-ups, burpees, etc. The goal is to make it to the top then back down again. All courses are out and back on some of the best trails SoCal has to offer.

Two Divisions for the 2012 KOH Season:

      • FLEET OF FEET Division: This is a standard trail run with fitness challenges along the way and water stations.
      • BAD ASS Division: This is an unsupported trail run/hump with more extreme challenges along the way. Men must carry a 50lb bag of sand & women a 30lb bag of sand in their pack the entire distance. In addition they must carry all of their own food, water, & life insurance policy. No aid stations are allowed. Only the truly ‘insane’ need apply!

Mt Woodson is the 1st, Iron Mountain the 2nd, El Cap the 3rd and the Grand Finale is Rabbit Peak.

You MUST Register Now as we can only allow 200 runners & fast packers per event due to the size & difficulty of the trails! Sign up for all 4 races and receive a discount.
